MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the SOU Facilities Management & Planning Department is to provide a safe, clean, comfortable, and attractive environment in which to study, learn, teach, work, and play, to the highest standards within the resources provided.
Facilities Management & Planning is a service organization responsible for maintenance, repair and operation of campus academic and administrative buildings, grounds, and utility systems. Our campus includes 175 acres of grounds and over one million square feet of building space. We care about helping to provide the best possible quality of life for our students, faculty, and staff.
To achieve our goals, we depend on input to identify your needs. Please use this site to request the services we provide. You can also assist greatly by reporting maintenance and repair needs that you observe within buildings through the building manager. Working together we can make continuous improvements to the campus.
