The NY Herald-Tribune calls this comedy of manners among the worldly French "…[a] lovely and delectable trifle." Twins Frédéric and Hugo vie for the hand of the same woman, but the brothers’ motives for courtship are quite different.
Tickets are $18 regular, $16 senior, $5 students. Subscribers to three or more plays receive a discounted rate of $15 regular and $13 senior. Tickets are available at the door or by calling the SOU Theatre Arts Box Office at 552-6348. More information is available at sou.edu/theatre/calendar.
Sherry Markovitz exhibition
10:00AM - 4:00PM
A one-woman show of sculpture and paintings by Seattle artist Sherry Markovitz. Surprising imagery and uses of materials. You will find beads, feathers, buttons and all manner of shiny stuff adorning animal heads like moose, elk, deer, and a llama. There are dolls too, in this mix of content drawn from personal memories, reflections on childhood and identity, as well as love and loss--all of which underscore that the enduring wellspring of art is human experience. Come see what perspectives on your life that you can gain from artist Sherry Markovitz' fun pieces.
