- Undergraduate and graduate applicants use this form
- Server is available everyday, 6:00 am - 3:50 am except for service and maintenance. The web server will be unavailable Saturday, April 19 from 7:00 am to 11:00 am for critical servicing and on Saturday, May 3 from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm for regularly scheduled maintenance.
2. Printed Application
Mail completed form: Office of Admissions, Southern Oregon University, 1250 Siskiyou Blvd, Ashland OR 97520.

3. Admissions On The Spot Home
For immediate decisions, bring the following to the Office of Admissions (Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pm)
- Completed SOU Application for Admission
- $50 non-refundable fee
- SAT or ACT scores (for prospective freshman)
- Official, sealed high school or college transcripts
